Ray Cash 'Cartier Frames'

Rose Ray

The homie M. Stacks (responsible for Look at Them Hips) hit Naledge about doing a track with CLE representer Ray Cash and you know it had to happen, especially given the name of the song.  Cartier Frames matches two Cartier rockers up with another Brainiac, Bighomie DOE, over yet another M. Stacks banger. Look for Ray to drop his new album Rose' Ray shortly.

Donnis 'Diary of an ATL Brave' Mixtape

Donnis & Naledge

The First time I heard Donnis was on Kidz in the Hall's 'Mr. Alladatshit' and I realized there was a new country hip-hopper worth paying attention to.  Later I came to learn Donnis' affiliation to the Kidz came through their common manager Dan who has worked very hard to get Donnis to the point he is at. Donnis kept making appearances on records with Naledge and on the 10 Deep and Dope Couture Mixtapes as well.  He now has his own 10 Deep Mixtape following in the footsteps of 2 other up and coming stars in hip-hop Wale and Kid Cudi.  Working with J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League amongst others Donnis has put together a quality mixtape for your enjoyment.  The intro definitely draws your attention and the remainder of the tape will keep you interested throughout.  10 Deep also gave Donnis his own shirt to accompany the release of the tape. Download DONNIS' mixtape right now people!

YP 'They Know'

YP "They Know" video from Pugs Atomz on Vimeo.

YP is a microphone fiend! This kid drops new material what seems to be every day, and the crazy thing about it is that it's all top notch.  I first got a glimpse at YP @ FakeShoreDrive's cypher at Leaders1354, which STILL hasn't surfaced yet, and was definitely impressed.  Since then I have come into contact with YP's manager Gene through Brainiac member Bighomie DOE and have built a rapport with the Stay Humble click. I know that there is much more to come from YP and hopefully we can get some dope collaborations with him and DOE on the site in the future. Pugs Atomz (a well respected hip-hop vet in Chicago) directs the clip as well.

Shout to Gene @ Stay Humble for the good look.

Peter Hadar 'Party All Night' ft Naledge

Labels: Naledge

Naledge spits game over a laid back party song with Peter Hadar. I can't lie, when I first read the title to this song I pictured something totally different but I was pleasantly surprised upon first listen. The beat is somewhat reminiscent of a Neptunes track from the early 2000's whereas it makes you want to move but you can still just vibe to it lounging with drink in hand. I hope y'all enjoy and next time you throw a little party or host a get together this can find its way through the speakers.

All praises due to RubyHornet for the track.

Fooch Classic Made

Fooch 'Classic Made'

"I'm Gettin 'em so high, my verbals is High Times"

Sometimes professional MCs just want to flex their skills and Fooch does that over an S. Original instumental on 'Classic Made'. Watch how he switches styles mid-song and gives you a little of that tongue twister flow. Fooch stays hard at work in the lab and on the artwork as well, he made his own graphic representation for this and his last track.
